Located across from the Cook House\, just one block from Gayle's Bakery in Capitola\, this mother-daughter team welcomes you to explore the Eastside's largest yoga + meditation wellness center with 25+ teachers and 49 weekly classes. Ribbon Cutting at 4:30pm. Tour the center\, mingle and network\, enjoy appetizers\, vendors and music from 4 - 7pm. Attendees are encouraged to wear their work out clothes and participate in a FREE beginner-level yoga class to be held from 5:15 - 6:15pm.
