DESCRIPTION:Capitola Village invites you to the 3rd Annual Winter Festival! \n\n\n\nBring the whole family to enjoy complimentary face painting\, cookie decorating\, and ornament making\, as well as tasty bites and sweet treats from local restaurants. \n\n\n\nVillage shops will be offering Open House specials and competing in the Holiday Window Display Contest. Vote for your favorites to enter the raffle for gift certificate giveaways (every 1/2 hour) and a chance to win a Grand Prize: a bike from Family Cycling Center & a Santa Cruz Sk8 Board from NHS. \n\n\n\nVisit with Santa and Mrs. Claus (bring a camera!) and keep your eye out for the Village Fairy Princess. \n\n\n\nTake in the festive sounds of the Soquel High Jazz Band and Carolers throughout the Village. \n\n\n\nThe event will culminate with a 20-foot Tree Lighting and Grand Prize Giveaway in front of the Mercantile at 5:30pm. \n\n\n\nLast but not least\, enjoy FREE 3-hour parking in the Village from Thanksgiving through December 25.
