Soquel Pioneers Annual Potluck Picnic

Each year, the Pioneers sponsor a potluck picnic for the community on the last Saturday in July. Music begins at 11:30am, featuring The Open Heartstrings, an old time string band with fun instrumentals by banjo, fiddle, guitar and bass. Meet and greet old and new friends and enjoy photos and scrapbooks provided by the pioneers. Food service begins at 12:00pm. There will be a raffle featuring items donated by local merchants. The highlight of the afternoon is always the presentation from a local historian. Please bring a potluck dish to share. Recommended donation: $5 per adult or $10 per family.
